Check if your device supports eSIM

Only devices that are carrier-unlocked and support eSIM technology can use kigo.

You can check if your specific device supports eSIMs by taking the following steps:

  1. Open the phone app on your device (the app used to make mobile calls).
  2. Dial the following number: *#06#
  3. Check for a 32-digit number labeled EID.

If the EID exists, your device supports eSIM.
